The town of Maldon in the Australian state of Victoria was funded as a gold mining town. Mt. Tarrengower nearby has one of the many fire watch towers which we climbed. From there you could see miles and you could actually make out the remnants of the volcanoes that formed this part of Australia many eons ago.
Jerry Griffin retired after a career with Eastman Kodak and is living in Hilton Head, South Carolina. In his photographic career he has been a judge, author, consultant, teacher and speaker across the U.S. He has won over 250 medals and ribbons in international salons. His works have been hung in the Kodak CEO's office. After retiring he served as the Kodak Ambassador in the National Parks and on cruise ships.
